Amaqqut Malamutes enter 2009 with Kodi, Womble and Porsche all having gained their WWPD titles. 18th Jan, Kodi wins the latest weight pull with a pull of 1900lbs. 23rd Jan, Kodi wins the WU class of the AMWA weight pull in Aviemore. 24th Jan, Joan finally takes the plunge and competes in the Aviemore Sled Dog Rally with Kodi and Porsche. Crufts 2009, Womble wins a very strong Limit Dog class to gain his Stud Book number and qualification to Crufts for life... April 12th, Kodi wins 1st place in the 101lbs+ class, Womble wins 1st place in the 81-100lbs class and Porsche wins 3rd place in the 61-80lbs class of the Allerton Park Weight Pull Championship.
